We’re hiring! The Hanover Conservancy is seeking a well-organized, versatile individual to join our dedicated and dynamic team as Operations Coordinator. The part-time Operations Coordinator enjoys a flexible schedule and works with our Executive Director, Program Manager, an engaged Board of Directors, and dozens of volunteers to contribute to the organization’s continued success. The ideal candidate will enjoy both working behind the scenes and interacting with the general public, donors, and volunteers.
This part-time, hourly position is based out of our Hanover office with flexible work hours, some remote work possible, and time spent out of the office (and outdoors!) supporting events. The position begins at the equivalent of 8 hours/week, with an opportunity to grow skills, experience, responsibilities, and employment with the organization. The position is supervised by the Executive Director. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis as they are received.
