DESCRIPTION:Explore a vernal pool on Hanover’s newest conservation property\, the Mink Brook Community Forest! The Hanover Conservation Commission is working to document a series of potential vernal pools identified in previous mapping efforts. We will go out in small groups to document each vernal pool and learn to identify egg masses and other temporary residents.  \nLevel: Ranges from moderate to strenuous; all trips are off-trail (bushwhacking) and include some elevation change.  \nGroup size limited; masks required.  \nRegistration for this hike has closed.
