Invasive Volunteer Day at Trescott Lands

On Sat. May 25 from 9-11AM, the Trescott Rec Committee is looking for volunteers to help pull invasives (mainly glossy buckthorn) on a section of the South Perimeter Trail on the Trescott lands. The section that we will target is close to the Trescott Road entrance. All you need to bring is work gloves. You may also want to pack insect repellent in case the black flies are out.

For those that are interested, we’ll also do a 2.5 mile guided loop hike/walk on the S. Perimeter Trail around 11 AM.

Meet at the Trescott Rd. entrance on Sat. May 25 at 9AM.
